I've struggled with my weight for the past few years…100_2025

Let's be honest..why am I hiding behind the kids? I have calculated in the almost 10 years that I have been married to M, I have put on average of 5 lbs. per year!  Enough is enough.  Or so I said to my not so wee little self.  So 4 weeks ago, I got busy and joined WW Online  and hit the gorgeous gym in the basement of HudsonAlpha's building.  I figured working out 5 days a week on the elliptical, machine crunches and some chest presses would suffice.  My friend, K gave me this amazing recipe for Spicy Black Bean Soup that I quickly proceeded to make up!  It has become my good, good friend.  I've done average, loosing 9.6 lbs in the first two weeks, gaining 1.6 back, and not entirely sure what this week holds!?  I do know this: Sure and Steady wins the race, It took 10 years to get it on my body, I can't expect it to come off in 4 weeks, and I have to get off my tookas and move.  This preceding wisdom brought to you by C, A and D!  Are you getting moving and ready to make your life healthier?  Let me know about it.  There is success in numbers, right?  Numbers declining together!
